1. Eligibility for the Guarantee:

1.1 This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of eligible lash growth products from the official Boss Beauty Collection website or authorized retailers. 1.2 The guarantee is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. 1.3 Customers must use the product consistently as directed for the full 90-day period before submitting a claim.

2. Required Documentation for Claim Submission:

2.1 To be eligible for a refund, you must provide photographic evidence of your lash growth progress:
  • A clear, date-stamped “before” photo taken on the day you start using the product.
  • A weekly progress photo for a total of 13 weekly images over the 90-day period.
2.2 All images must be high quality, unedited, and clearly show your lashes in similar lighting and angles.

3. Claim Submission Process:

3.1 Claims can only be submitted after 90 days of continuous product use. 3.2 To submit a claim, email enquiries@thebossbeautycollection.uk with:
  • Your full name, order number, and proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • Your before and weekly progress photos as per the documentation requirements.
  • A brief reason for your dissatisfaction with the results.
3.3 Claims submitted before 90 days have passed will be automatically rejected.

4. Review & Refund Process:

4.1 Once your claim is received, our team will review your photos and evidence within 14 business days. 4.2 If your claim is approved, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. 4.3 Refunds will not include shipping or handling fees. 4.4 If the provided evidence does not meet our requirements, the claim will be denied, and no refund will be issued.

5. Exclusions & Limitations:

5.1 The guarantee does not cover:
  • Purchases made through unauthorized sellers.
  • Claims submitted without the required photographic evidence.
  • Products damaged, misused, or not used as directed.
  • Refund requests after 120 days from the purchase date.

6. Modification & Termination:

6.1 Boss Beauty Collection reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect claims already in progress.
